against a loan. A tenant may be renting either privately, from the council or from a housing association,
or may live with parents or relatives. Tenant Loans are considered to be much a riskier propositions by the
banks who often shy away from lending to tenants.
Because there is no need to secure them on the applicants home Unsecured Loans are suitable for tenants, those who live in rented accommodation, accommodation supplied by
the employer or even those living at home with parents. Loan amounts range from as little as £100 to £15,000.
